IMS Institutional Management Services B.V. (IMS) is an independent investment advisor founded by its current directors and owners in 1991.

Its main activity is investment advice, such as country and asset allocation and the selection of investment funds, for Institutional investors investing in the Far East.

A good example of the IMS activities is its role as investment advisor to Finles N.V. in Utrecht (since 1996). IMS manages their Lotus Fund which has the structure of a Fund of Funds and is invested in Asian Country Funds.

IMS also manages a number of specific fixed income and equity funds. An example here is that IMS is the investment advisor of Oikocredit (since 1999), an international micro-finance company. IMS manages its Ethical Bond Fund, the “4 F Fund”.

IMS also provides daily Cash Management for a number of large Dutch pension funds.
